Creator Promotion Terms

A verified signed-in VU Lab account is required. Checkout reserves one currently available position for a limited period. A return from Paystack is not payment confirmation. No verified payment means no active service.

After VU Lab receives a valid signed Paystack webhook and independently verifies the matching transaction server-to-server, the advertisement activates automatically without manual approval. The purchased duration starts at that verified activation timestamp.

Promoted Creators has eight positions, including the permanent SuitsU and xRemiU placements, leaving six sellable positions. Creator Spotlight has six positions, including the same two permanent placements, leaving four sellable positions. Active complimentary VU Lab marketing placements also occupy their displayed position until expiry.

Inventory is allocated transactionally. An expired, failed, suspended or abandoned reservation does not remain publicly active. Database timestamps determine activation and exclusive expiry.

If a delayed successful payment is verified after its reservation has ended and no position remains, VU Lab records the payment as successful, notifies the customer and retries allocation automatically. The full purchased duration starts only when a position becomes available. If allocation remains impossible through the resolution window, the campaign is referred for owner review and an appropriate resolution or refund; inventory is not invented and refunds are not issued automatically.

Submitters must own or be authorized to use all supplied products, images, names, branding, text and links. They must comply with applicable law and third-party platform rules. Images and links are validated before checkout, but technical validation is not a legal determination of ownership or permission.

Successful payment does not limit VU Lab’s ability to suspend unlawful, misleading, unsafe, inappropriate or rights-infringing advertising. Owner moderation suspends content; it is not a pre-activation approval process.

Prices are displayed in USD and converted to ZAR for Paystack using the current quoted rate. Advertising transactions are recorded separately from VU Lab PRO purchases. Duplicate or forged events do not create additional service.

Booking, payment, campaign, image, notification and expiry records are stored server-side. Customers can review their status and history from their account.

Publication does not guarantee a particular number of views, clicks, visits, purchases, followers or sales. External links, IMVU availability, visitor behavior and technical conditions are outside VU Lab’s control.

Advertisements stop displaying at their recorded expiry timestamp and the position becomes available again. VU Lab uses the configured transactional email service for payment confirmation, activation and expiry notices; public status is determined by database records even if email delivery is delayed.
